Tonight we had seared tuna steaks, roasted garlic mashed tators, and steamed mixed veggies. Sorry there is no picture, but when we went to take the picture I found the battery in my camera was dead. sigh.  so I will charge it and hopefully remember tomorrow to take a picture.

Seared Tuna Steaks

Tuna steaks, about 1/2 inch thick
salt
pepper

In a heavy skillet, after seasoning the steaks with salt and pepper, sear in a small amount of olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.

Very tasty and extremely healthy for you!
