Hot Dog Chili
INGREDIENTS
- 5 pounds ground chuck
- 40 oz tomato sauce
- 40 oz water
- 1 can rotel
- 10 tbl chili powder
- 2 med onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil ground meat. Drain well.
- Mix meat, onions, bell pepper, and all seasonings.
- Add water, rotel, tomato sauce. Simmer, stirring often till thickens (not to thick, as it will thicken after it sits.
